In the Bhagavad-gita, Krishna provides the Self-revelatory truth about His position in His explanations to Arjuna. There are numerous verses in this regard, of which the following are but a few: “And when you have thus learned the truth, you will know that all living beings are but part of Me--and that they are in Me, and are Mine. (4.35) The sages, knowing Me to be the ultimate purpose of all sacrifices and austerities, the Supreme Lord of all planets and demigods, and the benefactor and well-wisher of all living entities, attain peace from the pangs of material miseries. (5.29) Of all that is material and all that is spiritual in this world, know for certain that I am both its origin and dissolution. (7.6) It is I who am the ritual, I the sacrifice, the offering to the ancestors, the healing herb, the transcendental chant... I am the father of this universe, the mother, the support, and the grandsire. I am the object of knowledge, the purifier and the syllable om. I am also the Rig, the Sama, and the Yajur Vedas. I am the goal, the sustainer, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the annihilation, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed. (9.16-18) I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who perfectly know this engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts. (10:8) I am all devouring death, and I am the generator of all things yet to be. Among women I am fame, fortune, speech, memory, intelligence, faithfulness and patience. (10.34) Because I am transcendental, beyond both the fallible and the infallible, and because I am the greatest, I am celebrated both in the world and in the Vedas as the Supreme Person. (15.18) Fools deride Me when I descend in the human form. They do not know My transcendental nature and My supreme dominion over all that be. (9.11) Unintelligent men, who know Me not, think that I have assumed this form and personality. Due to their small knowledge, they do not know My higher nature, which is changeless and supreme. I am never manifest to the foolish and unintelligent. For them I am covered by My eternal creative potency [yoga-maya]; and so the deluded world knows Me not, who am unborn and infallible. As the Supreme Personality of Godhead, I know everything that has happened in the past, all that is happening in the present, and all things that are yet to come. I also know all living entities; but Me no one knows. (Bg.7.24-26) Know that all opulent, beautiful and glorious creations spring from but a spark of My splendour. But what need is there, Arjuna, for all this detailed knowledge? With a single fragment of Myself I pervade and support this entire universe. (10:41-42) The seven great sages and before them the four other great sages and the Manus [progenitors of mankind] are born out of My mind, and all creatures in these planets descend from them. (10.6)

The Vision of Biblical Prophets
The history of religion illustrates all too well how vested interests (Council of Nicea)1 can foster a contraction of vision through a bogus doctrine, but not all Christians accept the Council’s dogma as the foregoing link illustrates (see 1 below). For the unthinking masses, however, the resultant ideology obstructs the mind’s ability to interpret clearly, consequently, when modern science rediscovered clairvoyance and gave it new terminology (“scientific remote viewing”)2, fundamentalist Christians were faced with a dilemma. On the one hand, the prophets in the Bible used “another sight” (clairvoyance) and “another hearing” (clairaudience) to see and communicate with God, as well as foresee future events, however, many Christians are told by their ministers/pastors that this modern day stuff is the work of the devil. To interpret accurately requires a radical step—the suspension of prior beliefs which, for many, is impossible.
The development of clairvoyance in a human being is based on the following metaphysics: The solar angel is the soul of man which, along with its energetically self-correllated crown chakra/egoic lotus is the root basis of our etheric causal field (spiritual body) and our minds/consciousness. It is the unfoldment of the “love petals” (“Christ Principle”) in the crown chakra that provides us with an “intuitive” faculty via the right brain, and later on in the soul’s evolution is one of three factors responsible for the unfoldment of the “ajna chakra”3 (the “third eye”-remote viewing) in the human aura. The third eye is the eye of the “white magician” as is explained below.
“b. Five Rules for the Astral Plane. Before we take up the consideration of the second set of “Rules for Magic,” I would like to make a few remarks anent the “eye of the magician,” to which reference has been earlier made. One of the fundamental rules back of all magical processes is that no man is a magician or worker in white magic until the third eye is opened, or in process of opening, for it is by means of that eye that the thought form is energized, directed and controlled and the lesser builders or forces are swept into any particular line of activity. Among the coming discoveries, and among the next revelations of materialistic science will be one which will concern itself with the force-directing faculty of the human eye, alone or collectively, and this will indicate one of the first stages towards the rediscovery of the third eye, or the “Eye of Shiva.” Shiva is, as we know, one of the names for the first great logoic aspect, and under that name much of esoteric moment. Shiva stands for:
a. The Will aspect,
b. The Spirit aspect,
c. The Father in heaven,
d. The directing purpose,
e. Conscious energy,
f. Dynamic intent,
and in the consideration of these phrases the innate faculties of the third eye will become apparent.
The “Eye of Shiva” in the human being has its position, as is already known, in the center of the forehead between the two physical eyes.
It is not to be confounded with the pineal gland, which is distinctly a physical center or gland. The third eye exists in etheric matter, and is an etheric center of force, being made of the substance of the ethers, whereas the pineal gland is formed of matter of the three lower sub-planes of the physical plane. The latter, nevertheless, has to be functioning more or less before the “Eye of Shiva” becomes in any degree active, and it is this fact that has led writers of occult books in the past purposely to confound the two, in order to protect the knowledge.
The third eye is formed through the activity of three factors:
First, through the direct impulse of the Ego [Soul] on its own plane. During the greater part of evolution the Ego makes its contact with its reflection, physical plane man, through the center at the top of the head. When man, is more highly evolved, and is nearing or treading the Path, the indwelling Self takes a more complete grasp of its lower vehicle, and descends to a point in the head or brain which is found approximately in the center of the forehead. This is its lowest contact. It is interesting here to note the correspondences with the evolution of the senses. The three major senses and the three first to demonstrate in order are, hearing, touch, sight. For the greater part of evolution, hearing is the guiding impulse of human life through egoic contact with the top of the head. Later, when the Ego descends a little lower, the etheric center which is active in connection with the pituitary body is added, and man becomes responsive to subtler and higher vibrations; the occult correspondences to the physical sense of touch awakens. Finally, the third eye opens and the pineal gland simultaneously begins to function. At first, the sight is dim, and the gland is only partially responsive to vibration, but gradually the eye opens fully, the gland is fully active, and we have the “fully awakened” man. When this is the case, the alta major center vibrates and then the physical head centers are functioning.
Second, through the coordinated activity of the major head center, the many petalled lotus above the top of the head. This center directly affects the pineal gland, and the interplay of force behind the two (the correspondence, on a tiny scale, of the pairs of opposites, spirit and matter), produces the great organ of consciousness, the “Eye of Shiva.” It is the instrument of wisdom, and in these three centers of energy we have the correspondence of the three aspects within the head of man.

The third eye is the director of energy or force, thus an instrument of the will or Spirit; it is responsive only to that will as controlled by the Son-aspect, the revealer of the love-wisdom nature of gods and man, and it is therefore the sign of the white magician.
Third, the reflex action of the pineal gland itself. As these three types of energy, or the vibration of these three centers, begin to contact each other, a definite interplay is set up. This triple interplay forms in time a vortex or center, which finds its place in the center of the forehead, and takes eventually the semblance of an eye looking out between the other two. It is the eye of the inner vision, and he who has opened it can direct and control the energy of matter, see all things in the Eternal Now, and therefore be in touch with causes more than with effects, read the akashic records, and see clairvoyantly. Therefore, its possessor can control the builders of low degree.
The “Eye of Shiva,” when perfected, is blue in color, and as our solar Logos is the “Blue Logos” so do His children occultly resemble Him; but this color must be interpreted esoterically…
It is through the medium of this “all-seeing eye” that the Adept can at any moment put Himself in touch with His disciples anywhere; that He can communicate with His compeers on the planet, on the polar opposite of our planet, and on the third planet which, with ours, forms a triangle; that He can, through the energy directed from it, control and direct the builders, and hold any thought form He may have created within His sphere of influence, and upon its intended path of service; and through His eye by means of directed energy currents He can help and stimulate His disciples or groups of men in any place at any time.”4

This galaxy is in celebration of a new Galactic Day and this means that all life everywhere within is elevating its status – in light, in more consciousness, in greater responsibility and creativity – closer to God all flows. We want you to know that the discordant ways of self serving violence, hostility, hate, the hand raised against neighbors, even family, will not be tolerated much longer. Do you want us, your star neighbors and friends, to help you mitigate the most destructive of the climatic and earth movements and to show you, to give to you and your world, new models and systems based upon harmonious principles that align the goals of citizens with the needs of the planet herself? Do you wish to stabilize your ideas and world to enter in divine grace this new era of peace and happiness?
We beseech you to ask for our help. We must have your consent; we will by our own laws force nothing, absolutely nothing upon you and your world. But your world is being abused and usurped by corrupt leaders in every country upon your globe. Please pay attention to your own inner guidance, your own spiritual integrity which will point out to you deceptions. You must as a people decide to take off your weighty blinders to the true nature of affairs upon your world. We, the peoples of other worlds, call you our family. We know and understand your pain; it is too within our own collective memories and histories. This is why we are here. It is not that you can not do this great change and step in evolution on your own, it is that you do not have too. "The God that made the world and all things therein, he, being Lord of
heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; neither is he
served by men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself
giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; and he made of one every
nation of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined
their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation; that they
should seek God, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though
he is not far from each one of us; for in him we live, and move, and have
our being; as certain even of your own poets have said."
Plotinus: “Many times it has happened: lifted out of the body into myself; becoming external to all other things; beholding a marvelous beauty; then more than ever, assured of community with the loftiest order; living the noblest life, acquiring identity with the Divine; poised above whatsoever is less than the Supreme; yet there comes the moment of descent, and after that sojourn in the Divine I ask myself how it happens that I can now be descending, and how did the soul ever enter my body, the soul which, even within the body, is the high thing it has shown itself to be. . . .
In the Cavern of Plato and the Cave of Empedocles I discern this universe, where the breaking of the fetters and the ascent from the depths are figures of the wayfaring of the soul towards the Intellectual Realm [Heaven]. In the Phadrus Plato makes a failing of the wings the cause of entry to this world; there are judgments, fates, and necessities driving other souls down to this order.
In all these explanations he finds guilt in the arrival of soul at body [it is called the “Cycle of Necessity” or “the Wheel of the law” in Hinduism and Buddhism, and is due to bad Karma-no one escapes retribution: interfere in someone else’s life, and your life will be interfered with in a similar manner the next time around]. But treating in the Timaeus of our universe he exalts it [the soul] and calls it a blessed god and holds that Soul was given it [existence/consciousness] by the goodness of the Creator to the end that the total of things might be possessed of intellect, for thus it cannot be except through Soul. In the same way the soul of each of us is sent that the universe may be complete.
This is how we come to read in the
Phadrus that our soul, entering into association with that complete Soul
and itself thus made perfect, walks the lofty ranges, and that as long as
it is neither inbound to body nor held in any sort of servitude, so long
it tranquilly bears its part in the governance of the All, exactly like
the World-Soul itself; for it suffers no hurt whatever by furnishing body
with the power to existence, since not every form of care for the
inferior need wrest the providing Soul from its own sure standing in the
Highest. . . ."
After the death of Plotinus, his pupil Porphyry took the fifty-four books that he had written and divided them into the six Enneads, the present form of his works. As it is impossible here to discuss the Enneads in detail, the student who desires to go more deeply into the subject is referred to the original edition of the Works of Plotinus, translated from the Greek by Thomas Taylor and published in London in 1794 and 1817, and also to a later translation by Kenneth Sylvan Guthrie. The words spoken by Plotinus in the following dialogue are direct quotations from these works.
Let us go back in imagination to the year A.D. 260, when Porphyry first met Plotinus. Amelius, a pupil of Plotinus, has offered to take Porphyry to the home of his Teacher. On a warm afternoon in the late spring, as the two friends approach the house of Plotinus, they hear the happy sound of children's voices.
PORPHYRY: "Is thy Teacher a married man, Amelius, or does he conduct a school for children?"
AMELIUS: "Neither, friend Porphyry. But Plotinus is a great lover of children and is always surrounded by them. So great is the admiration for Plotinus here in Rome that many wealthy families commit their children to his care. And so his house is always filled with children whom he educates with the greatest care and diligence."
The two friends enter Plotinus' house by means of a long narrow vestibule. On either side of the hall they see the bed-chambers and the room of the porter. In the center of the passage is a square shallow reservoir for rain water which pours from a hole in the roof. Passing through the vestibule they come into the atrium, a larger hall where visitors are received. In the corner they perceive a large wooden chest, ornamented and strengthened by strong bands of bronze and secured firmly to a stone pedestal, which is the money-box of the master of the house. The walls of the atrium are adorned with paintings, the colors of which are repeated in the mosaic floors. Passing through the atrium, the two friends find themselves in the peristyle. From the columns which surround it hang long festoons of garlands. In the center is the garden, where white marble vases holding rare flowers stand upon pedestals.
Plotinus rises from his seat as the two young men approach, sends away the small boy with whom he has been conversing and bids one of his servants bring some refreshment for his guests. In a moment they are regaled with delicious fresh figs served upon their own leaves, a delicious concoction of anchovies and eggs, and small cups of honey diluted and cooled with snow water. When they have finished their light repast a servant brings a silver basin of perfumed water and delicate linen napkins bordered with purple.
Porphyry is eager to begin his conversation with Plotinus. He knows that Plotinus is a Neoplatonist, and therefore realizes that he must start his inquiries with universal concepts. He seats himself before Plotinus.
PORPHYRY: "Amelius has told me, Plotinus, that I must gain my knowledge of philosophy through the understanding of universal principles. Therefore I ask thee: What is it that lies behind all manifested, conditioned existence? What is its nature? How can it be described?"
PLOTINUS: "Above all things there must be something which is simple. For if it be not completely simple, and be not really ONE, it cannot be Principle. The Principle of everything must therefore be the One and only."
PORPHYRY: "But the manifested universe is multiple and complex! Dost mean to tell me that the complex springs from the simple?"
PLOTINUS: "It is not possible for the Many to exist unless the One exists from which, or in which, they subsist; or, in short, unless there is a One which is prior to other things. The One is the First Principle of things."
PORPHYRY: "How, great Teacher, can the One be described? It seemeth to me that the One must transcend the power of human conception and could only be dwarfed by human expression or similitude!"
PLOTINUS: "How, indeed, can we speak of IT? We are indeed able to say something of It, but we cannot describe It. Nor have we any knowledge or intellectual perception of It. For we can say what It is not, but we cannot say what It is. We are not, however, prevented from possessing It, though we cannot say what It is."
PORPHYRY: "Could we speak of the One as Being?"
PLOTINUS: "The One is not Being, but Being is the progeny of It, and, as it were, the first-born. For It is prior to any particular thing. Hence It is really ineffable. Properly speaking, there is no name for It, because nothing can be asserted of It."
PORPHYRY: "Ah, I see! It is rather Be-ness than Be-ing. Has It then no relation to manifested, finite Being?"
PLOTINUS: "The One is all things, and yet no one of all. The One is all, because all things co-exist in It. But in It, they are not yet, but only will be."
PORPHYRY: "I understand. The One really represents a condition of potentiality! What, then, is its relation to Life itself?"
PLOTINUS: "It subsists above Life, and is the Cause of Life, since the energy of Life is not the First, but emanates from this Principle as from an ineffable fountain."
PORPHYRY: "Must I then conclude that this Principle, being above all, is not to be perceived in the manifested universe? Where is the One?"
PLOTINUS: "The One is everywhere. There is no space where It is not. Therefore It fills everything. It is by the One that everything exists. The One fills everything, and produces everything, without being that which It produces."
PORPHYRY: "But, Plotinus, thou knowest as well as I that the whole manifested universe is characterized by motion! Is Motion the One? Or is the potentiality of Motion a condition of rest? What is the relation of the One to rest and motion?"
PLOTINUS: "The One is superior to both rest and motion. It is the potentiality of both rest and motion, and consequently it is superior to both."
PORPHYRY: "Another thought occurs to me, great Teacher. The universe manifests intelligence. Can that which thou describest as the One be Intelligence itself? In other words, does the One think?"
PLOTINUS: "The One does not think, because it comprises both the thinker and the thought. The One is not Intelligence, but is superior to Intelligence. As it is superior to Intelligence, that which emanates must of necessity be intelligence."
PORPHYRY: "This Principle which underlies thy philosophy is indeed profound. I clearly see that the One transcends the power of human conception. Wilt thou not bring me down into regions which can be comprehended by my finite mind? What follows this condition of potentiality? How does the manifested universe come into existence?"
PLOTINUS: "Everything that exists after the One is derived from the One. But this second stage is no longer the ONE, but the multiple One. We see that all things that reach perfection cannot remain in an unmanifest condition, but must produce themselves in manifestation. This is seen throughout the whole of nature. Not only are beings capable of choice, but even those lacking in soul perception have a tendency to impart to other beings what is in them. As, for instance, fire emits heat; snow emits cold. Therefore all things in nature seek to reach immortality by the manifestation of their qualities. The One manifests Itself. That which is manifested also manifests itself in its own way."
PORPHYRY: "Ah, I see! Thou teachest the Doctrine of Emanations as the Gnostics do! But thou forgettest, Plotinus, that manifested things are made of matter. How can matter manifest itself?"
PLOTINUS: "Matter is not dead. Matter is not devoid of life or intelligence. One cannot exist without the other. Reciprocally, intelligible entities do not exist without the matter that makes them. Form and matter are principles that are necessary to the constitution of all things."
PORPHYRY: "I See, Plotinus. Thy theory is that Spirit, or Consciousness, and Matter are not to be regarded as independent realities, but as the two facets, or aspects, of the One, which constitute the basis of conditioned being, whether subjective or objective. But what about man? Is there something in man that corresponds to the One?"
PLOTINUS: "There must be another nature, different from the body, which possesses existence from itself. It is necessary that there should be a certain nature primarily vital, which is also necessarily indestructible and immortal, as being the Principle of Life to other things. It is necessary that there should be something which is the supplier of life, the supplier being external to, and beyond corporeal nature."
PORPHYRY: "Is that what men call the Soul? If so, what is the relation of the Soul to the One?"
PLOTINUS: "Soul is One, and in a certain respect the ONE. The soul which has more alliance with the One participates more abundantly in It."
PORPHYRY: "What is the nature of the Soul?"
PLOTINUS: "The Soul is not corporeal, as the Stoics taught. No aggregation of atoms could produce the Soul. The Soul is an incorporeal and immortal essence. The Soul imparts movement to everything else. She imparts life to the body. She alone possesses real life."
PORPHYRY: "What in thy opinion, is the relation of all Souls with the Universal World-Soul?"
PLOTINUS: "The Universe lies in the Soul that sustains it, and no part is destitute of Soul, being moistened with life like a net in water. If all souls be one in the Universal World-Soul, why should they not together form One? If both my soul and your soul proceed from the Universal World-Soul, then all Souls form but a single One."
PORPHYRY: "How then, Plotinus, wouldst thou define man? Is he fundamentally a Soul or does he only possess a Soul?"
PLOTINUS: "Man is a Soul. He has a body. The nature and essence of these must be divided. Since the body is a composite, reason shows that it cannot remain perpetually the same. Sense likewise shows that it is dissolved at death and receives various destructions, since each of the things inherent in it tends to its own, or to the whole from which it was derived. Soul is separable from the body. Nor yet is the soul in the body, as part of the whole. For soul is not a part of the body."
PORPHYRY: "But is the body not a part of us, Plotinus?"
PLOTINUS: "If the body is a part of us, we are not wholly immortal. But when we see correctly, we see that the body is only the instrument of the soul, and that the soul is the man himself."
PORPHYRY: "But, Plotinus, even though the body is only the instrument of the soul, it is an important one. We could not function without it!"
PLOTINUS: "We are not the body, but we are not entirely separated from it. It is associated with us. It depends upon us. Therefore its sufferings and pleasures are not indifferent to us. The weaker we are, the more we occupy ourselves with it. In it is plunged a part of ourselves, which constitutes the essential personality."
PORPHYRY: "Why then, Plotinus,do men speak of the soul as if it were the body?"
PLOTINUS: "The soul is said to be in the body because the body alone is visible. But if we could see the soul, and if we could see that she surrounds the body by the life she possesses, we would say that the soul is in no way in the body, but that on the contrary the body is the contained within the container, that which flows within the immovable."
PORPHYRY: "Wouldst thou give an illustration, Plotinus, so that the matter will be clearer to my comprehension?"
PLOTINUS: "The soul is said to be in the body as a pilot in a ship. If it were there as a passenger, it would be there only by accident. But even this is not enough. For the pilot is not present in the whole of the ship, but only in a part of it at one time, while the soul is always present everywhere. A better illustration is that the soul is present in the body as light is present in air. Light is present in air without mingling with it. When the air, within which the light radiates, withdraws its light, the air keeps none of the light. But it is illuminated as long as the air remains subject to the light."
PORPHYRY: "I thank thee, Plotinus, for thy illustrations. But there is another question I would like to ask thee. Thou saidst a few moments ago that a part of ourselves is plunged in the body. Must I understand that the whole soul is not present in the body?"
PLOTINUS: "The soul never enters completely into the body. By her higher part, she ever remains united to the intelligible world, as by her lower part she remains united to the sense world. The higher part of the soul is insensible to the attraction of these transitory pleasures and leads an undisturbed life. Every soul has a lower part turned toward the body, and a higher part turned toward the divine intelligence."
PORPHYRY: "Ah, I see! The nature of the soul becomes dual as soon as it is attached to a body! That would necessarily give it a double action!"
PLOTINUS: "Exactly! The soul has a double action in her double relation to what is above and what is below. By her first action, she manages the body, and by her second action she contemplates the intelligible entities."
PORPHYRY: "I understand. The soul is therefore an active entity. What are some of her activities?"
PLOTINUS: "The soul is a real being, with characteristic nature and activities. Among these is memory, whose exercise is only hindered by the body. When the soul unites with the body, she forgets. When she separates herself from the body, she remembers. The body is therefore only the stream of Lethe, or forgetfulness. To the soul alone belongs memory."
PORPHYRY: "Thou hast said that the soul is the man himself. How can we arrive at this conclusion?"
PLOTINUS: "Consider the soul by taking away that which is extraneous. Or rather, let him who takes this away survey himself, and he will see himself as immortal when he beholds himself in the intelligible world, and situated in a pure abode. For he will perceive himself as intellect surveying not anything sensible, but an eternal power contemplating that which is eternal."
PORPHYRY: "How then does the soul acquire a body? Is there a Law which causes her to incarnate in a body of flesh?"
PLOTINUS: "What is called inevitable necessity and divine justice consists in the sway of nature which causes each soul to proceed in an orderly manner into the bodily image which has become the object of her affection. Consequently the soul approaches the object toward which her interior disposition bears her. Thus she is led and introduced where she is to go. At a fixed moment she descends, as it were, spontaneously, where she ought to enter. Each soul has her own hour. When this hour arrives, the soul descends as if a herald had called her. Thus individuals come here below by virtue of the common law to which they are subjected."
PORPHYRY: "Ah, Plotinus, it seems that thou teachest of a power outside of man! The Law of which thou speakest, where is it? From whom is it derived?"
PLOTINUS: "Each one bears within himself this common Law, a Law which does not derive its power from outside, but which depends upon the nature of those who are subject to it, because it is innate in them."
PORPHYRY: "What purpose, then, has the soul in incarnating?"
PLOTINUS: "The soul descends for the purpose of developing her own powers, and to adorn what is below her. Souls alternately changing their bodies pass to other forms, just as in the scenes of a play, where one of the actors apparently dies, but shortly after changes his dress, and, assuming the appearance of another person, returns to the scene."
PORPHYRY: "What then, Plotinus, is death?"
PLOTINUS: "To die is only to change body, no otherwise than shifting a garment. Nevertheless he who departs will hereafter return to the play."
PORPHYRY: "Give me another illustration of death, Plotinus! It is a subject that long has puzzled me!"
PLOTINUS: "Life is a partnership of soul and body; death its dissolution. In either life or death, the soul will feel herself at home."
PORPHYRY: "In what state of consciousness is the soul after death?"
PLOTINUS: "There are two states after death. In the first, the soul which is attracted by body will recollect everything that the man did or suffered during the present life. In the course of time, however, the recollection of other things from former lives will arise. For the soul becoming in a greater degree purified from the body, she will recollect those things, the remembrance of which she had lost in the present life. A forgetfulness of such worldly pursuits is necessary. Hence he who says that the worthy soul is oblivious will speak rightly. For the soul will fly from the many and will collect multitude into one. Thus it will not associate with multitude, but, expelling it, will live by itself. "
PORPHYRY: "And when the soul returns to earth-life, Plotinus, what happens then?"
PLOTINUS: "It meets the consequences of its former deeds. Those who, in a former life, were slave owners, if they abused their powers, will be enslaved. It is not by chance that a man becomes a slave, is made prisoner, or is dishonored. He must himself have committed the violence which he in turn undergoes. If you desire to discover the exercise of distributive justice, it is not sufficient to examine the present only; the past and future must also be considered. The orderly system here mentioned is really inescapable, truly a justice and an admirable wisdom. The order which reigns in the universe is eternal. It penetrates everywhere, even in the smallest thing."
PORPHYRY: "Thou hast shown me, Plotinus, that man is the maker and fashioner of his own destiny, the only one who sets in motion the causes of his own happiness and misery. But how does that Law which is inherent in man determine the quantity and quality of the punishment the man has to suffer?"
PLOTINUS: "The Divine Law is inevitable, containing at once in itself the power of accomplishing what it has now judged to be fit. In the Law it is promulgated how much and how long it is necessary to suffer. The punishments which overtake the evil one must therefore be derived from that Order which rules all things with propriety. The unjust evils, accidents and misery which seem to overwhelm the good may all be said to be the consequences of anterior faults. This universal Order must not be accused of being unjust, but we should insist that distributive justice exercises itself with perfect propriety. If certain things seem unworthy of blame, it is because they are due to secret causes [actions in a previous life] which escape our knowledge."
PORPHYRY: "Distributive Justice! I shall remember those words, Plotinus! They will clear up many points which have sorely puzzled me. But, Plotinus, do all men suffer the effects of distributive justice in the same manner?"
PLOTINUS: "There are three types of men. Since all men from their birth employ sense prior to reason, some, proceeding no further, pass through life considering these as the first and last of things. But others are in a small degree elevated from things subordinate, the more excellent parts of their soul recalling them from pleasure to a more worthy pursuit. In the third class is the race of Divine Men, who, through a more excellent power, and with piercing eyes, perceive supernal light."
Plotinus died at the age of sixty-six. At the moment of his death a Dragon, or Serpent, is said to have glided through a hole in the wall and disappeared -- a fact highly suggestive to the student of symbolism. In later years Porphyry, his devoted pupil, summed up Plotinus' life in these words:
He left the orb of light solely for the benefit of mankind. He came as a guide to the few who are born with a divine destiny and are struggling to gain the lost region of light, but know not how to break the fetters by which they are detained; who are impatient to leave the obscure cavern of sense, where all is delusion and shadow, and to ascend to the realms of intellect, where all is substance and reality.
William Kingsland: The Gnosis or Ancient Wisdom in the Christian Scriptures: "We do not become Christs (Christos) because he was that. We shall never become it simply by believing that he was that, or that he did all that the Gospels record; or that he did something for us, which washes away our sins and gives us a short cut to eternal bliss. No. We shall only achieve the same likeness when 'that same mind' (or 'word') which was also in Christ Jesus has been 'brought to birth' in us also, i.e. when we have realized that we, equally with him, are essentially divine in our deepest nature; that we are, equally with him, 'sons' of the same 'Father,' and are thus able to manifest as he did that divinity in our very humanity."
The division of Christian teachings into exoteric--public--and esoteric--secret--was understood by genuine Christian teachers to be the same as in other religious and philosophic systems. This is made particularly clear in Origen's book Origen Against Celsus: "That there should be certain doctrines, not made known to the multitude, which are [revealed] after the exoteric ones have been taught, is not a peculiarity of Christianity alone, but also of philosophic systems, in which certain truths are exoteric and others esoteric. Some of the hearers of Pythagoras were content with his ipse dixit; while others were taught in secret those doctrines which were not deemed fit to be communicated to profane and insufficiently prepared ears. Moreover, all the Mysteries that are celebrated everywhere throughout Greece and barbarous countries, although held in secret, have no discredit thrown upon them, so that it is in vain he [Celsus] endeavours to calumniate the secret doctrines of Christianity, seeing that he does not correctly understand its nature" (extract from Chapter VII).

Dr. Norman B. Livergood:
“The Higher Mysteries were exclusive and secret. Only initiates selected
by the hierophants could participate in the rites. Knowledge of what was
said and done was so sacred that it was considered a sacrilege to divulge
to the uninitiated. The initiation phenomenon was (and is) very different
from what most people assume it to be. The objective of initiation into
the Higher Mysteries was to relax the bond by which the spirit is held
down by the body.”
Plato:
"In consequence of this divine initiation we became spectators of single
and blessed visions, resident in a pure light; and were ourselves made
immaculate and liberated from this surrounding garment which we call the
body and to which we are now bound like an oyster to its shell."
Esoterica of the human spirit, soul, karma and reincarnation

During the last quarter of every century the spiritual hierarchy engages in a major effort to enlighten humanity, and approximately 25 years ago, as part of this educational process, the following technical information (1st paragraph, which I'm paraphrasing) about the human spirit and soul was given out to Disciples and Initiates throughout the world from the Trans-Himalayan Lodge of Masters and Adepts:
Each human soul is but one of 12 soul extensions of a Major soul, and there are a total of 12 Major souls emanating from each Human Spirit or Monad, which is grounded in the twelve-fold nature of the universe. Each human soul, therefore, is actually one of 144 soul extensions of each Human Spirit, which correlates to 11 immediate & 132 indirect soul-mates. As a general rule, 50% of them will be incarnated at any one time.
A large percentage of the soul extensions of each group of 144 are incarnated on other planets in the galaxy, most of which are incarnated among the benevolent ET civilizations, however, we do have a few associated or related soul extensions incarnated among the not so friendly ETs as well (an ingenious psychological design of "Prime Creator," which has intriguing implications for future interactions between planets). There are karmic connections of various kinds (good and bad) between many extraterrestrials and the souls incarnated on earth, and has been on-going for millions of years (beginning with Lemuria & Atlantis). About 30% of the souls currently incarnating on earth have come here from other planets in the galaxy, which is one of the reasons for the vast differences between human beings.
Each soul incarnates and lives in different countries throughout the world over many millennia, and many times a few of them live together for several generations in one country. The insanity of war is obvious when all of the ramifications of reincarnation are realized and the following example, although hypothetical, is typical of what has occurred many times throughout history: A soul incarnated several times in Germany, and then began a series of incarnations in the United States. During its 2nd incarnation in the U.S., it enlisted in the military during World War I and went to war against Germany. While there, it fought (or bombed) and came into contact with descendents of its own previous families in Germany. War is ungodly (love one another) in the first place and very foolish when the foregoing is realized. Since every soul has incarnated in more than one country and race, as well as both sexes, it follows that racism, patriotism, religious ideology, and chauvinism are also very foolish, but resulted from the bogus education (religious & secular) over the centuries.
Rest assured that we never lose our individual identity when our soul extension merges into the Major soul and its subsequent merge with the 12 Major souls into the Monad/Human Spirit (we acquire a greater individual identity and perspective). Our consciousness expands to include other dimensions, and eventually perceives in cosmic proportions. At first, when our soul’s consciousness floods our mind, it is only the beginning of greater and ever greater expansions of consciousness; there is memory and realization of our total multi-dimensional existence, along with the ultimate realization of immortality and of having always existed in a multitude of life forms throughout the history of the universe (prior to the human soul’s individualization/creation, and its evolution over a long series of lives in intelligent life forms on more than one planet). When the general public becomes aware of the validity of all this, then wars on earth will cease, and they will no longer fear ET contact or death.

Officials trying to maintain support for the "war on drugs" seldom acknowledge that drugs (even prohibited drugs) are of many different kinds, but rather lump them all together the better to confuse the issue and to denigrate those who propose saner policies. While the use of addictive drugs (such as heroin, cocaine and nicotine) carries considerable risk (the antidote to which is information not incarceration), psychedelics (a.k.a. entheogens) such as LSD and psilocybin not only are safe but when used responsibly are a means to psychological and spiritual growth.
One of the best writers on the potential that psychedelics have for spiritual development is the discoverer of LSD himself:

"I come in peace as a messenger to North Dakota and the world, here in the dog days of summer 2010.
That is why, on 15 April 2010, I went over the fence and staged a peaceful demonstration on U.S. Air Force nuclear missile silo H-8, at the intersection of 33rd St. And 76th Ave., near Parshall, North Dakota. For this manifestation of creative nonviolence, I was arrested and jailed. For three months I have been incarcerated in the Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center, located in Rugby, North Dakota, at the precise geographical center of the North American continent.
I traveled to North Dakota from Texas, whose state symbol is a five pointed star. Because my purpose was both serious and prescient, I accordingly placed a five-armed starfish shell on the missile silo. I also placed five conch shells on the silo access hatch, to symbolize the vital importance of the sea. Silo H-8 is located in the midst of North Dakota’s booming oil field. When I straightened up, I saw men hard at work drilling for oil with a large derrick erected in a field just to the south of silo H-8.
Five days later, BP’s Deepwater Horizon Oilwell exploded in the Gulf of Mexico, and the consequences of that catastrophe will be unfolding for a long time to come, with dire impacts on the Gulf of Mexico, the Southeast USA, and much more besides. The entire situation is very serious.
Both BP and the USA government have knowingly lied about the gravity of the situation. This is no accident. The USA is ruling system is now a criminally corrupt “corporate-government,” governed of, by and for the Fortune 500 companies and Wall Street. The USA government is not now in any meaningful degree truly a “participatory” democracy or “representative” government.
And understand this: the nuclear missiles in North Dakota are the hellish, genocidal, hyper-violent weapons of last resort that prop up this systemic “corporate-government” criminal corruption. Liberty, freedom, peace and “justice for all” have nothing to do with it. On the contrary.
A wise man said long ago: “let those who have eyes to see, see!” Can you see how deeply criminal the USA’s corporate government is? The plain meaning of the ongoing catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico is a serious case in point.
So it is that as this oppressive system of military, political and corporate criminality crushes the Earth and her peoples under its ignorant yoke, I enter the scene as a latter-day Paul Revere, warning not that “the British are coming!” but rather “British Petroleum has come!,”and that we must “revere” the Earth much more than we have to date.
Just as BP’s actions have destroyed the Gulf of Mexico’s ecological soundness and integrity, so too has the U.S. government’s multi-trillion dollar mugging of the American people’s prosperity and posterity destroyed its integrity and claim to legitimacy. Wall Street, the Fortune 500, the Federal Reserve, and USA corp-gov puppets of the “Powers that Be” who lurk in our world’s shadows are carrying out the biggest criminal shakedown in recorded history.
The recent, so-called bail out and stimulus bills should really be called the National Mugging and National Shakedown Acts. They are funneling trillions of dollars from the people’s purses and pockets to accounts and financial institutions controlled by the wealthiest families and individuals on the planet. This is point blank robbery: the banks are robbing the people.
I say again: the nuclear missiles are the ultimate genocidal enforcer of this criminal economic arrangement, which is based on a global system of lifelong debt peonage designed to ensnare all humanity in economic bondage.
I cannot remain silent. I am here to say that I object. I cannot go along with this hideous agenda of national and global economic enslavement, which simultaneously dangles a nuclear sword of Damocles over our collective heads.
Why do we go about our business as if this state of affairs is acceptable? It’s not acceptable to me, and so I have acted, and am speaking publicly as part of the international, intergenerational, decentralized, leaderless, creatively nonviolent White Rose movement, the global direction of which lies in the eternal desire of the human heart to be free of tyranny and to be at peace.
For the White Rose, both the means and the end are the same: nonviolence. This planet has been plagued by an epidemic of warfare for millennia. But it is a logical absurdity to imagine that warfare can abolish warfare. Nonviolence offers the only sure path to a peaceful world, and this is the trajectory of the White Rose.
So how does it all play out? What’s the basic game plan? Quite simple! And the really good part is that in the end we get both our lives and our planet back from the ignorant oppressive clutches of the Powers that Be and their greedy, power mad puppets in the USA’s “corp-gov,” Wall Street, Fortune 500 and the Pentagon.
As it happens, we and the Earth are now entering into a so-called event horizon of near simultaneous, cascading ecological crises, major weather and climate change, geological and seismic disturbances, military and political upheaval, economic chaos, social unrest, agricultural problems, pollution overload and industrial emergencies.
As if on cue, BP’s Deep Water Horizon Oil Rig explosion and ongoing catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico is ushering in the opening phase of this onrushing event horizon that will crash over us in the coming months and years.
As it happens, the Powers that Be and their puppets do not know what to do about these many crises they have played such an influential role in creating and/or worsening; even worse, they don’t really care.
It therefore falls to us, We the People, to help ourselves by unilaterally: a) declaring a Jubilee Year for sweeping forgiveness of all odious and onerous debts, and b) nonviolently and peacefully withdrawing all support for the war machinations of this planet’s governments, military organizations, corporations, and financial institutions.
What does this mean pragmatically? At a minimum it means basic measures such as:
– Pull your money out of the big banks.
– Pull your money out of the criminal casino known as the stock market, also known as Wall Street.
– Don’t pay odious and onerous debts. The USA corp-gov and major financial institutions have criminally rigged the so-called economy.
– Reduce your consumption of goods and services from Fortune 500 companies.
– Simplify your material lifestyle.
– Do not participate in industrialized slaughter of your fellow humans. In other words, refuse to go to war for the corporate mercenary force known as the Pentagon.
– Boycott corporate propaganda and news services such as ABC, CBS, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New York Times, etc.
– Patronize, or establish your own, alternative news sources or networks.
– As many as are able, engage in creative, nonviolent acts of civil disobedience at corporate, governmental, and military installations and headquarters.
– Remember, the goal is nonviolent reform, so act nonviolently even when provoked.
– Think outside the box, with the emphasis on creative nonviolence.
In short, we are free when we stop acting like corporate-government slaves and conscripts and start behaving like sovereign, free human beings.
No one can give you your freedom. You can only claim freedom for yourself. It comes down to this: either you are free or you are not. It’s your decision. Which will it be?
Either we get rid of the nuclear missiles or they will get rid of us. We must have global, nuclear disarmament. I have on three occasions in my life gone over the fence at nuclear missile silos to perform nonviolent acts of civil disobedience.
I have been arrested and jailed, but nothing worth having comes without personal effort and sacrifice. Do you want nuclear disarmament? Do you really want to live on a planet free of the threat of nuclear apocalypse?
If you are serious, then you will have to do something. You. Personally. A wise and serious man once said: much is required of those to whom much is given.
The nuclear missiles can never be fired if the air is to remain habitable in any significantly human or humane sense. Five trillion dollars have been lavished on the USA’s planet killing, planet-impoverishing nuclear arsenal.
Trillions more dollars are being looted from the American people as you read these words.
So let the Jubilee Year began with all due alacrity. The people to whom this duty falls by rights, by which I mean the obligation to announce the Jubilee Year, have completely abdicated their responsibilities and have instead fallen in with the very worst sort of criminal element. And so the responsibility to declare a Jubilee Year necessarily passes by default to other hands. It is left to the ordinary people of the world, you and me, to announce the Jubilee, of release from onerous and odious debt, release from economic bondage.
And make no mistake. I reiterate that this has everything in the world to do with the nuclear missiles that menace the human race and the planet. The trillions of dollars spent on nuclear weaponry represent theft by taking from the people’s prosperity, the more so, as these weapons can never be used, so hideously and hellishly destructive would a nuclear war be.
Under these conditions it is both fitting and proper for the people to employ creatively nonviolent means to withdraw their support from a corrupt system that is dragging them down to collective ruin.

The Reality of Extraterrestrial Visitation via UFOs or ETVs
Dr. Herman Oberth, 1954: “UFOs are conceived and directed by intelligent beings. They probably do not originate in our solar system.” Years later he was quoted as saying, “We cannot take the credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone. We have been helped.” When asked by whom, he replied, “The people of other worlds.”
Colonel L. Gordon Cooper addressed a UN panel discussion on
UFOs and ETs in New York in 1975. The panel was chaired by then
Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim. (Omni Magazine, Vol. 2, No. 6,
March 1980).
Cooper: “I wanted to convey to you my views on our extra-terrestrial
visitors popularly referred to as ‘UFOs,’ and suggest what might be done
to properly deal with them.”
“I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are
visiting this planet from other planets which obviously are a little more
technically advanced than we are here on Earth. I feel that we need to
have a top level, coordinated program to scientifically collect and
analyze data from all over the earth concerning any type of encounter, and
to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly
fashion. We may first have to show them that we have learned to resolve
our problems by peaceful means, rather than warfare, before we are
accepted as fully qualified universal team members. This acceptance would
have tremendous possibilities of advancing our world in all areas.
Certainly then it would seem that the UN has a vested interest in handling
this subject properly and expeditiously.”
“If the UN agrees to pursue this project, and to lend their credibility to
it, perhaps many more well qualified people will agree to step forth and

our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to

group, but they were metallic silver and saucer-shaped. Believe me, they
weren't like any MIGs I'd seen before! They had to be UFOs.”
Cooper said he first encountered UFOs as a military pilot in Germany in
the early 1950s, when unidentified craft were spotted over an air base. “I
should point out that I am not an experienced UFO professional researcher.
I have not yet had the privilege of flying a UFO, nor of meeting the crew
of one. I do feel that I am somewhat qualified to discuss them since I
have been into the fringes of the vast areas in which they travel. Also, I
did have occasion in 1951 to have two days of observation of many flights
of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from
east to west over Europe. They were at a higher altitude than we could
reach with our jet fighters of that time.”
“Several days in a row we sighted groups of metallic, saucer-shaped
vehicles at great altitudes over the base, and we tried to get close to
them, but they were able to change direction faster than our fighters. I
do believe UFOs exist and that the truly unexplained ones are from some
other technologically advanced civilization. From my association with
aircraft and spacecraft, I think I have a pretty good idea of what
everyone on this planet has and their performance capabilities, and I'm
sure some of the UFOs at least are not from anywhere on Earth.”
In 1957, Cooper was one of an elite band of test pilots at Edwards Air
Force Base in California, in charge of several advanced projects,
including the installation of a precision landing system. “I had a
camera crew filming the installation when they spotted a saucer. They
filmed it as it flew overhead, then hovered, extended three legs as
landing gear, and slowly came down to land on a dry lakebed! These guys
were all pro cameramen, so the picture quality was very good. The camera
crew managed to get within 20 or 30 yards of it, filming all the time. It
was a classic saucer, shiny silver and smooth, about 30 feet across. It
was pretty clear it was an alien craft. As they approached closer it took
off.” When his camera crew handed over the film, Cooper followed standard
procedure and contacted Washington to report the UFO and “all heck broke
loose,” he said. “After a while a high-ranking officer said when the film
was developed I was to put it in a pouch and send it to Washington. He
didn’t say anything about me not looking at the film. That’s what I did
when it came back from the lab and it was all there just like the camera
crew reported.” When the Air Force later started Operation Blue Book to
collate UFO evidence and reports, Cooper says he mentioned the film
evidence. “But the film was never found supposedly. Blue Book was strictly
a cover-up anyway.”
Cooper revealed he’s convinced an alien craft crashed at Roswell, N. Mex.,
in 1947 and aliens were discovered in the wreckage. “I had a good friend
at Roswell, a fellow officer. He had to be careful about what he said. But
it sure wasn't a weather balloon, like the Air Force cover story. He made
it clear to me what crashed was a craft of alien origin, and members of
the crew were recovered.”
“It started in World War 2, when the government didn’t want people to know
about UFO reports in case they panicked,” said Cooper. “They would have
been fearful it was superior enemy technology that we had no defense
against. Then it got worse in the Cold War for the same reason. So they
told one untruth, they had to tell another to cover that one, then
another, then another . . . it just snowballed. And right now I'm
convinced a lot of very embarrassed government officials are sitting there
in Washington trying to figure a way to bring the truth out. They know
it’s got to come out one day, and I'm sure it will. America has a right to
know!” Cooper was a Mercury 9 and Gemini-5 astronaut.
Apollo 14 Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell: “Modern UFO sightings really began
with the Roswell incident in 1947, when a crashed craft containing the
corpses of several aliens was found in Roswell, New Mexico. Make no
mistake, Roswell happened. I've seen secret files, which show the
government knew about it - but decided not to tell the public. There were
very good security reasons for not informing the public about Roswell.
Quite simply, we wouldn't have known how to deal with the technology of
intelligent beings advanced enough to send a craft to Earth. The world
would have panicked if we'd known aliens were visiting us.”
Ben Rich, former
head of Lockheed Skunk Works, in a lecture shortly before he died: “We
already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies
are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever
get them out to benefit humanity….anything you can imagine we already know
how to do.”
General
Thomas DuBose – General Thomas DuBose was a colonel and General Ramey's
chief of staff at Eighth Air Force Headquarters in Forth Worth, Texas,
when the UFO crash at Roswell occurred in the summer of 1947.
General DuBose testified that he had received a telephone call from
General Clements McMullen at Andrews Army Air Field in Washington, D.C.,
ordering a cover-up to be put into place following the recovery of
anomalous debris at the Foster ranch (near the town of Corona) in early
July. The orders were for General Ramey to create a cover story to "get
the press off our backs." DuBose retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1959
with the rank of Brigadier General. Prior to his death in 1992, DuBose
prepared the following affidavit:
In July 1947, I was stationed at Fort Worth Army Air Field in Fort Worth, Texas. I served as Chief of Staff to Major General Roger Ramey, Commander, Eighth Air Force. I had the rank of Colonel. In early July, I received a phone call from Maj. Gen. Clements McMullen, Deputy Commander, Strategic Air Command. He asked what we knew about the object, which had been recovered outside Roswell, New Mexico, as reported in the press. I called Col. William Blanchard, Commander of the Roswell Army Air Field and directed him to send the material in a sealed container to me at Fort Worth. I so informed Maj. Gen. McMullen. After the plane from Roswell arrived with the material, I asked the Base Commander, Col. Al Clark, to take possession of the material and to personally transport it in a B-26 to Maj. Gen. McMullen in Washington, D.C. I notified Maj. Gen. McMullen, and he told me he would send the material by personal courier on his plane to Benjamin Chidlaw, Commanding General of the Air Material Command at Wright Field [later Wright Patterson AFB]. The entire operation was conducted under the strictest secrecy. The material shown in the photographs taken in Maj. Gen. Ramey's office was a weather balloon. The weather balloon explanation for the material was a cover story to divert the attention of the press. Vatican Monsignor Corrado Balducci's Pronouncements: "Star Visitors Are Real" Monsignor Corrado Balducci, official Exorcist for Rome, former diplomat in the Papal Nunciature in Washington, DC, past theologian member of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, and an insider who has the attention of the Pope. Balducci has gone on Italian national television five times in the past several years to proclaim that extraterrestrial contact is a real phenomenon!
Balducci provided an analysis of the Star Visitors which he feels is consistent with the Catholic Church's understanding of theology. Monsignor Balducci emphasizes that extraterrestrial encounters: "1) are NOT demonic, 2) they are NOT due to psychological impairment, 3) they are NOT a case of entity attachment, but 4) these encounters deserve to be studied carefully." Since Monsignor Balducci is a demonology expert and consultant to the Vatican , and since the Catholic Church has historically demonized many new phenomena that were poorly understood, his stating that the Church does not censure these encounters is all the more remarkable.
Msgr. Balducci revealed to a visiting American professional several years ago that the Vatican is closely following this phenomenon quietly. Since Monsignor Balducci started his Vatican career by serving in the Papal Nunciature (Delegation) in Washington, DC., my informant originally surmised that the Vatican is receiving much information about extraterrestrials and their contacts with humans from its Nunciatures in various countries. But subsequent information clarified that the Monsignor has gotten his cases from other sources.
Monsignor Balducci is a member of a group which acts as consultants to the Vatican on various matters concerning humans and spirit or demonic contact. As such, the matter of extraterrestrial encounters could have fallen within their purview. Thus it is significant that he instead makes careful distinctions, separating Star Visitor contacts from demonic possession. Indeed he suggests that they are probably more evolved and more spiritual than humankind. Balducci even notes the spiritual significance of the emerging general realization of contact by the Star Visitors.
Parallel information from U.S. National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf , (a member of the NSC’s Special Studies Group tasked with managing the UFO phenomenon), as well as from noted author and Vatican expert Father Malachi Martin, suggests that the Vatican is concerned that it will have a major doctrinal “updating” situation on its hands when extraterrestrial contact becomes authoritatively announced by world governments over the next several years.
Parenthetically, it can be observed that this Vatican insider’s declarations on Italian national television represent technically the first declaration by a tacit representative of a Major Power government, even if "speaking as an individual", that extraterrestrial contact is real and happening, and deserves serious study.

US Army, Brigadier General Stephen Lovekin: ”One afternoon when we were just about ready to finish up training, Colonel Holomon brought out a piece of what appeared to be metallic debris. He went on to explain that this was material that had come from a New Mexico crash in 1947 of an extraterrestrial craft, and that was discussed at length….I got an opportunity to travel with the President [Eisenhower]. He was very, very interested in the shapes and sizes of the UFOs and what made them go….But what happened was that Eisenhower got sold out. He realized that he was losing control of the UFO subject. He realized that the phenomenon was not going to be in the best hands. That was a real concern….It had been discussed with me on numerous occasions what could happen to me militarily if I discussed this. Threats have been made and carried out. This [UFOs] being the biggest security situation that this country has ever dealt with, there have been some erasures….He said, “You will be erased—disappear.” Those threats have been made and carried out. Those threats started way back in 1947. They will go after not only you, they will go after your family.”
US Air Force, Atomic Energy Commission, Colonel Ross Dedrickson: “We were getting reports of visits by UFOs over the storage facilities and even some of the manufacturing facilities. That went on continuously. We found that formal reports were few and far between. Security people were reluctant to report because of the protocol and the bureaucracy involved in reporting them. They just avoided reporting….I learned about incidents involving nuclear weapons. Among these incidents were those where a couple of nuclear weapons that were sent into space were destroyed by the extraterrestrials. There was one incident when we exploded a nuclear weapon over the Pacific in ’61, I believe. This was one that the extraterrestrials were really concerned about because it affected our ionosphere. In either the very end of the ‘70s or the early ‘80s, we attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the moon and explode it for scientific measurements. This was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials. They destroyed the weapon as it went toward the moon. The idea of any explosion of a nuclear weapon in space by any Earth government was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials. That has been demonstrated over and over.”
US Air Force, FAA, Captain Robert Salas: “My security guard says, Sir, there’s a glowing red object hovering right outside the front gate—I’m looking at it right now. I’ve got all the men out here with their weapons drawn.…The nuclear-tipped warheads went into a no-go condition, meaning they could not be launched. That morning we lost anywhere from between 16 to 18 ICBMs at the same time UFOs were in the area and were observed by airmen. Bob Kominski headed up the organization to look at all aspects of these shutdowns. He was told by his boss that the Air Force said, “Stop the investigation. Do no more on this, and do not write a final report. This is very unusual, especially in light of the fact that headquarters was stating that this was of extreme importance.”
US Air Force, NRO (National Reconnaissance Office), Master Sergeant Dan Morris: “Eisenhower wanted somebody to be in charge. The CIA was working primarily for itself. Most of the military intelligence directors were working for themselves….So, it was organized, but the name of the NRO was kept secret for years….The National Security Agency—the killers work in that. Secretary of Defense Forestall was the first powerful person that was eliminated because he was going to release information on UFOs—and nobody has ever paid for that crime….Who was stationed at Roswell? The only nuclear bomb squadron in the world. We focused several powerful radars on the UFOs, and it caused two of them to crash. One of them had two aliens on it. One of them was wounded or hurt, the other was alive then, but before we could get him anywhere, he had passed on….I would interview people who claimed they had seen something, and try to convince them they hadn’t, or that they were hallucinating. If that didn’t work, another team would give all the threats—threaten them and their family. They would be in charge of discrediting them, making them look foolish. Now, if that didn’t work, there was another team that put an end to that problem, one way or another….UFOs are both extraterrestrial and manmade….Even back in Tesla’s time, we had free energy. All you had to do was put up an antenna, put a stake in the ground, and you could light this house and have all the energy you wanted….It’s not that our government doesn’t want us to know that there are other people on other planets. What they don’t want us to know is that this free energy is available to everybody. That’s the greatest secret. So secrecy about the UFOs is because of the energy issue….Some would like for us to believe that the aliens are our enemy now. There’s no proof that I have ever read in any official document where—unless they were attacked—they ever shot. We don’t have a threat from Russia anymore, but if we keep shooting at those aliens, we might have a threat from them. We should quit that. We should demand that our government stop trying to shoot down those aliens.”
US Air Force, Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer, Don Phillips: “These UFOs were huge. They would just come to a stop and do a 60 degree, 45 degree, 10 degree turn, and then immediately reverse this action….During the Apollo landing, Neil Armstrong says, “They’re here. They are right over there and look at the size of those ships. And, it is obvious they don’t like us being here”.…When I was working with the Skunkworks, we signed an agreement with the National Security Agency, and the National Security Council, as well as the CIA. And we kept very quiet about this. Anti-gravitational research was going….We know that there were some captured craft from 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. And, yeah, they were real. And, yes, we really did get some technology from them. And, yes, we really did put it to work….We knew each other from what we call unseen industry. We can term it black, deep black, or hidden. The knowledge I have of these technologies came from the craft that were captured here. I didn’t see the craft, nor did I see the bodies. But I certainly know some of the people that did. There was no question that there are peoples, or beings, from outside the planet. Are these ET people hostile? Well, if they were hostile, with their weaponry they could have destroyed us a long time ago….We got these things that are handheld scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is. We can also treat from the same scanner. Are these things real? Well, I can tell you personally that we’ve been working on them. And we have ones that can cure cancer. Yes, diagnose and cure. Politics, and God bless them, the FDA, and other people whose financial interests could be damaged by the release of certain technologies keep these out of view….One of the purposes for founding this technology corporation that I did in 1998 was to bring forth these technologies that can help get rid of the toxins—that can clean the air, that help get rid of the need for so much fossil fuel. Yes, it is time. I can tell you personally that it has already started.”
Fairchild Industries Corporate Manager, Von Braun Spokesperson, Dr. Carol Rosin: “When Wernher Von Braun [father of modern rocket science] was dying of cancer [1974], he asked me to be his spokesperson. Von Braun actually told me that the reasons for space-based weaponry that were going to be given—the enemies that we were going to identify—were all based on a lie. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics; that first the Russians are going to be considered the enemy. Then terrorists would be identified. Then we were going to identify third-world “crazies.” We now call them Nations of Concern. The next enemy was asteroids—against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons. And over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up the last card. “And remember, Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens, and all of it is a lie.” He was too afraid to talk about it. He would not tell me the details. I am not sure I would have absorbed them if he had told me the details, or even believed him in 1974….In 1977, I was at a meeting in Fairchild Industries in a conference room called the War Room….They continued the conversation about how they were going to antagonize these enemies and at some point, there was going to be a war in the Gulf, a Gulf War. Now this is 1977!”

4: the total complex of relations between the human race and non-human,
intelligent beings.
Bethesda, MD USA - In Alexandria, Virginia there is a place called
Gravelly Point Park. It's not much of a park, but quite the place. It is
known throughout the region because it sits a mere 1000 feet from the
north end of runway 1/19 at Reagan National Airport. Bicyclists pull off
the Mount Vernon Trail and tourists pull off the George Washington Parkway
to watch the planes land and take off - a longstanding pastime
uninterrupted (remarkably) by the events of September 11, 2001.
Landing planes fly over this grassy patch so low you can see the tread on
the tires. Wind direction permitting, planes taking off will rattle the
fillings in your teeth. During the day the park is never empty. It's
addictive.
This author has been there many times and remembers one perfectly clear
day during the summer of 1992. As the planes passed overhead this thought
came to mind: while the destination of the plane was known, the
Washington, DC metro area, the point of origin was not known. Neither was
it known how many people were on board, if any - it could be remote
controlled - nor their names, reasons for coming, home towns, hopes and
dreams. And depending upon the viewing angle, it might not be possible to
even know the airline.
With so much missing information one might be tempted to say, "What we
have here is an unidentified flying object, a UFO." But that would be
ridiculous, wouldn't it? What we had there was an airplane almost
certainly containing human beings coming to the Washington, DC area for
one reason or another.
Perhaps you see where this is going for the very next thought that came to
mind was this: during the five decades since 1942 millions of people
around the world had been seeing unusual objects moving in the earth's
atmosphere. Tens of thousands of reports had been filed. The objects had
been photographed, filmed, recorded on radar and sighted by trained
observers - sometimes all four at once. They had been seen in the air and
stationary on the ground. They had been seen traveling and maneuvering at
seemingly impossible fashion for the historical period. They had been seen
by pilots off the wings and cockpits of planes - fully formed metallic
looking discs. They had been seen by Army, Air Force, Naval and Coast
Guard personnel; air traffic controllers, astronauts, police officers,
amateur astronomers, doctors, lawyers, political leaders and scientists.
Documents referring to these craft had been discovered in government
files, delivered anonymously to researchers and formally released by
government authorities without prompting - not just in the United States,
but in most first-world nations. Systematic investigations had been
conducted by civilian and government organizations over the entire fifty
years. Nearly 10,000 books, papers, articles and documentary films had
been published specifically addressing this phenomenon. Reports have
poured into researchers (their numbers would eventually swell to the tens
of thousands) of direct contact with beings, clearly not human, who could
well be the occupants of some of these craft.
When one of these "objects" would pass overhead or close track a plane in
flight the destination could properly be assumed to be the planet Earth,
but the point of origin was not known. It was also not known whether the
object contained humans, non-humans or no beings at all (remote
controlled). If containing beings, their names, reasons for coming, hopes,
dreams, etc. were also not known. With so much missing information it
would be appropriate to call the "object" an unidentified flying object -
a UFO - wouldn't it? No, it wouldn't. It would be appropriate to call it
an alien or extraterrestrial space craft, most likely piloted by non-human
beings, origin Earth, reasons for presence unknown. This was on this
author's mind in the summer of '92.
Paradigm Research Group was founded four years later, but it was not until
2000 the implication of those thoughts in 1992 became manifest. The
implication was that the era of the "UFO" was over and a new era had begun
- the era of exopolitics.
The partitioning of history when dealing with large scale, implicative
trends is usually done in retrospect. There is no shame in this, but there
is often an arbitrary aspect to assigning the time frames. That is done by
consensus of historians, but being early has its advantage. Here is the
early line: the UFO era ended and the exopolitical era began in late 1991
with the dissolution of the Soviet Union into Russia and 14 other
post-soviet states.
The short answer as to "why this demarcation?" is this: 1) by 1991 the
evidence which had been gathered and analyzed establishing some sightings
as extraterrestrial craft was overwhelming. The researchers had done their
job in the face of great resistance by the state. The verdict was in. (The
government's refusal to accept this result was irrelevant to this
conclusion but entirely relevant to the truth embargo and propaganda
campaign waged by the government to negate and subvert this conclusion.),
and 2) the end of the Cold War removed the single most powerful restraint
keeping military, agency and civilian contractor insiders from revealing
personal, direct and indirect knowledge of events and evidence
corroborating the extraterrestrial hypothesis behind the sightings. The
gradual emergence of these insiders into the public domain gave the
disclosure process substance.
Understanding this transition is critical for anyone wishing to impact
impending events. Given that "exopolitics" is not yet listed in any
standard dictionary or encyclopedia (it is listed in Wiktionary, Webster's
Open Dictionary and Wikipedia), it is not surprising there is much
misunderstanding over scope and usage. The primary misconception is that
"exopolitics" only deals with "galactic diplomacy," how humans should
politically engage theoretical or asserted alien beings. Whatever the
assertion of facts, this is but one aspect of exopolitics. It is the icing
for a cake which is still in the oven.
Exopolitics covers all social and political implications of the engagement
of extraterrestrial-related phenomena by humans since the phenomena were
first recognized. This will likely be split into two parts: the modern era
beginning in the 1940's and the pre-modern era going back to earliest
recorded times. [The pre-modern era will perhaps be subsumed under the
broader umbrella of exohistory - the study of non-terrestrial influences
on human history.]
Thus, exopolitics includes the full history of the government truth
embargo (cover-up) and the national security structures created to manage
the research, the actions or lack thereof of the public and institutions
such as the press, Congress and academia, and most importantly, the
disclosure process itself.
It is a large field of study. It will fill scores of books and
documentaries and spawn PhD theses for centuries. In time it will be
subsumed into the larger field of political science. A student will major
in political science with an emphasis on exopolitics.
By comparison the phenomenological, scientific aspects of the phenomena
will be dispersed into departments such as exobiology, cosmology, physics,
astrophysics (already established) and yet to be established fields such
as exoarcheology, exomedicine and exoscience (the study of the practice of
science by extraterrestrials).
But the academic evolution of exopolitics is the lesser aspect of our
present concerns.
Formal disclosure will be a cosmic birthing of a new world view, and the
human race has now been in labor for 60 years without an epidermal. The
screaming can be heard from pole to pole and out to the Kuiper Belt. A
significant subject for exopolitical study is to describe the state of the
world at the moment of this birthing. What is the condition of the planet
and what is the disposition of the species - the variety and depth to the
spirituality, science, politics, philosophy, psychology and mental
capacity of Homo Sapiens Sapiens - as formal self-disclosure unfolds?
The short answer is "not good." Many Durantian attempts will be made to
explain all this in multi-volume sets. Let's confine ourselves to two
perspectives with immediate implications.

By virtue of its military and economic power, its prevailing in the Cold
War and its success in building the vast superstructure of secret
operations this author has often referred to as the Secret Empire, the
United States still appears to have the final say as to when and if formal
disclosure takes place, and, if the decision to proceed is made, play the
lead role in what will surely be the 'greatest show on earth."
But what is the state of the nation as the actor prepares to take the
stage? So much has happened to the people and institutions of the United
States since the 1945 signing of surrender by Japan, one hesitates to pick
one trend and drag it out for close scrutiny, but one trend begs for such
treatment, cries out for explanation and adjustment.
Immediately after World War II the United States was a major economic,
political and moral force for good in the world. The American people had
demonstrated an almost superhuman capacity to manufacture, deliver and
maintain a war machine never witnessed in human history. The nation's post
war treatment of the defeated enemies was so extraordinarily generous in
its intent, so effective in its application, it eclipsed the horror of the
nuclear bombings.
The American people were viewed as capable, caring, fearless, generous,
patriotic, family oriented, church going, honest and optimistic. They were
in love with their country, and trust in government institutions was rock
solid.
And then it all began to go wrong. Beginning in late 1947 for reasons well
known and less well known the United States embarked on the creation of
what would become the Secret Empire - the intelligence wing of a vast
national security state complex established for two reasons: 1) wining an
ideological cold war against international communism, and 2)
understanding, exploiting and secreting the material facts in evidence
confirming an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and the
planet Earth
As the Secret Empire grew in size and scope it began to make alterations
to the social contract, bending it to the breaking point. The most serious
alteration was to embrace the concept of government in loco parentis - the
government as replacement parent for citizens now viewed as children of
the state.
This view became a cancerous growth centered in the gut of the Secret
Empire which finally metastasized outward into every corner of governance
- a glioblastoma multiforme with tentacles reaching into the FBI, ATF,
DoJ, DOD, Office of the Executive, Congress, NIH, FDA - only the judiciary
remained largely untouched.
The Secret Empire had become larger than the Roman Empire with layer upon
layer of management in place before an elected official was even in sight.
It now consists of tens of billions of above black (itemized) funding,
tens of billions of black (not itemized) funding, additional billions in
below black (undisclosed) funding, unknown amounts of rouge funding,
millions of classified documents, millions of classified personnel,
thousands of classified programs, hundreds of unacknowledged special
access programs, huge above ground facilities and equally vast underground
facilities.
Within this cloistered megastructure developed a cult of secrecy and
unaccountability which placed those who run it above the law and outside
societal norms. The secrets of nuclear war, world control mechanisms,
extraterrestrial technology, alien beings and such were so profound only
the initiated members of the secret world could even bear up under the
knowledge. The average citizen would surely go mad, or so it was thought
by those holding the secrets.
The public has long sensed this process underway and manifests this
awareness by embracing phrases in the popular culture such as "you can't
handle the truth," "need to know basis," "don't ask, don't tell," "if I
told you that, I'd have to kill you," and many more. They embrace
fictional accounts of the process in books and movies but are unable to
marshal anything approaching an effective societal protest to the process
itself.
More significantly, the public's new status as children to be seen and not
heard by a parental state has resulted in unprecedented drops in trust in
all aspects of governance. Trust in the executive, the Congress, the
judiciary and the press is near historical lows. Only 25% of citizens
bother to vote. What does "government by consent of the people' mean if
the people are children and not of age to give consent?
[It should be pointed out the social net (welfare programs) promulgated by
democrats and moderate republicans does dovetail into this parental
modality. But it arises from a separate ideological source and does not
present the same danger to the nation.]
The existence of a Secret Empire contained within a developing national
security state operating in loco parentis is now the greatest threat to
the preservation of the Constitutional Republic, and the most important
exopolitical issue now being considered is whether or not the disclosure
event (formal acknowledgment by world governments of the extraterrestrial
presence engaging the human race), however achieved, has the power to
change the status quo and permit reform of the Secret Empire and
reconstitution of the social contract.
The era of the UFO which ended in 1991 was about "lights in the sky." The
era of exopolitics which followed is about "lies on the ground." It is
about the intersection between the phenomenology and the politics of
secrecy and control. When Bob Woodward published his latest book, State of
Denial, he confined the title's metaphor to the Iraq war and concomitant
events. If only he knew (or does he know?) how much further this proffered
status extends.
They shipped in people with every kind of background: clerks, professors,
classical musicians, tradesmen and lawyers along with their spouses and
children. No rank or station in life was exempt. They packed them into the
designated sector four, five six families to an apartment or house.
Outside commerce and services were eliminated or rationed. Guard towers
were built, and where necessary gated walls were constructed to complete
sector integrity. The residents inside would improvise, overcome, adapt or
perish. It mattered little to the overseers one way or the other. In time
sector life decayed as sanitation, health, resources, all the customary
necessities, eroded.
On occasion members of the controlled press would visit and inquire about
the sector's status. The commandant would escort them to viewing ports
atop the gated walls. Together they would look down upon the unkempt
residents as they slouched along in ragged clothes with listless demeanor.
"Do you see what a mess these people are?" the commandant reflected for
the benefit of the press. "That is why we must keep them in this ghetto."

For many of the thousands of researchers and activists and millions of
interested public who engaged the phenomenology of UFOs prior to 1991 the
transition out of the UFO era has been uncomfortable and unwelcome. There
is considerable resistance to the concept of exopolitics. One source of
this resistance lies with a significant component of the delineation
between the two eras.
While it is not possible to cover in this short article the full range of
issues defining this suggested bifurcation of history, one point of
comparison stands out: in the UFO era the ETH (extraterrestrial hypothesis
as explanation for the unexplained 5% of extraordinary sightings) was a
theory under consideration. In the era of exopolitics post 1991 the ETH is
not a theory, it is a given. It was proven by the work of hundreds of
researchers over a period of 44 years - an extraordinary accomplishment
under great hardship and against state policy.
Those who are unable to make the transition and accept the ETH as fact,
whatever the reason, are not comfortable confronting an emerging group of
academics, activists and researchers who do. This circumstance is not
unprecedented. All previous social and scientific paradigm shifts have
produced similar tensions.
It is also true that previous major shifts in world view have often been
opposed and interfered with by state and religious institutions. The
cosmic birthing process now underway is not the exception.
As remarkable was the citizen-science-activism which confirmed the ETH and
revealed the extraterrestrial presence, equally remarkable was the effort
by the United States government to impede, misdirect and undermine the
citizen driven process of discovery.
From 1947 forward every resource available to the developing
military-intelligence complex was brought to bear on American society to
create an embargo on the most profound truth in human history. The task
must have seemed incomprehensible in the beginning - prevent every major
institution within one of the most literate and open societies in history
during a period of exponential expansion of electronic communication and
multi-tiered media growth, from engaging an issue driven by phenomena not
under human control.
While extraterrestrial craft were being seen and photographed around the
world and extraterrestrial beings were interacting with humans on every
continent, the United States government was able to prevent American
academics, clerics, editors, publishers, state and federal political
leaders and foundation board members from studying, teaching, covering,
politically engaging or funding the issue in an appropriate manner leading
to public understanding. It was and is a brilliant accomplishment now
approaching its sixtieth year.
The tools used to control the extraterrestrial disclosure process were
forged in the fires within the Secret Empire which burned most fiercely
during the prosecution of the Cold War (1947-1991). These same tools were
also used in a wide range of abuses of power, the impact of which on
American policy and the future of the nation can not yet be projected. But
the outlines of this impact are beginning to emerge, and the picture is
not attractive.
The basic mechanisms of suppression are now well known: misinformation,
disinformation, subversion, intimidation, lies, denial and misdirection.
But these mechanisms were part of a broader process of social manipulation
which this author has termed the "intellectual ghettoization of ufology."
The "ghettoization" of people and ideas by ruling authority has a long
history which was always unpleasant but always effective. There is
something fundamental within the human psyche which makes people
susceptible to this maneuver.
It is so simple. You direct intense ridicule at a selected target (a
person, a race, an idea, a religion) and begin a process of isolation and
separation. Then you associate more people and/or ideas to the selected
target creating a defined and growing discredited grouping.
The isolation process requires a containment barrier. With people you
build a physical wall to encompass the group. Whenever you need to add to
the group you toss another person over the wall.
With ideas you build walls in the mind. Such a wall is the "ridicule
curtain" built around the study of UFOs by the United States government in
the early 1950's. Once it was built every person who touched the issue
from that time forward was "tossed" over the wall into the ghetto of
ufology. No one was spared. Walked on the Moon? Won a Pulitzer Prize?
Commanded a Naval ship? PhD from MIT? "Greatest jet pilot that ever was?"
No matter. Touch the subject of UFOs and you are in the ghetto. The money
dries up, the job offers diminish, programs are cancelled, medals are
pinned elsewhere, college tenure is challenged, spouses leave home, phone
calls are not returned.
As the years passed without resolution the misery mounted. Many good
people spent their lives in pursuit of truths they would not live to see
acknowledged and shared. Many others "burned out" and withdrew. Those who
stayed on became increasingly frustrated and frayed around the edges.
Within the confines of the ghetto they turned on each other. Everyone was
suspect. Anyone could be an operative.
Occasionally someone might attempt to break out and run for mainstream
daylight. If the stain of the ghetto was strong enough, they might be
ignored. Who will believe them? If not, well, collateral damage is an
integral part of modern rule. The murders were few by historical
standards.
With vision obscured by a wall of lies many lost sight of the most
important point - one which should be etched onto a plaque and mounted
over every door. The failure to resolve the political impasse preventing
the formal disclosure to the world of the extraterrestrial presence is the
fault of one entity - the government of the United States - period. It's
not the researchers or activists one doesn't like. It's not the character
flaws so clearly seen in others but not in oneself.
It's the government, stupid. The one many didn't bother to vote for
because they were too disgusted or simply didn't care any more. It is the
government that acts on your behalf every day whether you voted or not and
can make your life a living hell anytime it wants - if you let it.
The UFO era is over. It ended in 1991. The United States government by
intention or default is trying to extend the intellectual ghettoization of

It is essential, it is critical the American people stand up and assert
their role as parent to a misbehaving government which has lost its way.
Those within ufology and exopolitics must recognize the "ridicule curtain"
is a wall in the mind only. It can be torn down with an act of will.
Tear down the wall, leave the ghetto, stand up to the state and demand the
truth.
* To sustain and expand a construct of such complexity over time required
a widely dispersed "carrier" - a kernel which could accrete the layers of
ridicule, propaganda and mendacity - and which, like the spores of the
dandelion, would attach itself to all who came in close proximity and
spread. That kernel, that carrier was and remains the acronym "UFO." It is
the truth embargo's flag, the "hook" upon which "the mainstream" can hang
all who dare to challenge the status quo.
Ultimately "UFO" has to go. Not simply because the "UFO Era" is over, but
because it no longer serves the truth process. However, this acronym is
entrenched in the culture. It is in the titles of magazines, books, papers
and a legion of websites. It will take time, and, of course, that is
exactly what is desired by the keepers of the ghetto. Nevertheless, the
transition to a new lexicon within the era of exopolitics must be advanced
as quickly as possible by those able and ready to do so.

REPUBLIC vs. DEMOCRACY
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Many of you have seen the reprint of this document. If you have, it's worth reading again. If you have not, it is worth reading, studying, and reciting to your friends, family, and neighbors. It is copied from Training Manual No. 2000-25 that was published by the then War Department, Washington, D.C., November 30, 1928.
Official Definition of DEMOCRACY:
Here are four (4) facsimile section reproductions taken from a 156 page book officially compiled and issued by the U.S. War Department, November 30,1928, setting forth exact and truthful definitions of a Democracy and of a Republic, explaining the difference between both. These definitions were published by the authority of the United States Government and must be accepted as authentic in any court of proper jurisdiction. These precise and scholarly definitions of a Democracy and a Republic were carefully considered as a proper guide for U.S. soldiers and U.S. citizens by the Chief of Staff of the United States Army. Such definition take precedence over any “definition” that may be found in the present commercial dictionaries which have suffered periodical “modification” to please the powers in office. Shortly after the “bank holiday” in the thirties, hush-hush orders from the White House suddenly demanded that all copies of this book be withdrawn from the Government Printing Office and the Army posts, to be suppressed and destroyed without explanation. This was the beginning of the complete red control of the Government from within, not from without.

CITIZENSHIP

CITIZENSHIP Democracy:
A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of “direct” expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic-negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demogogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.
CITIZENSHIP Republic:
Authority is derived through the election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences. A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may be brought within its compass. Avoids the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment, and progress. Is the “standard form” of government throughout the world. A republic is a form of government under a constitution, which provides for the election of:
(1) an executive and (2) a legislative body, who working together in a representative capacity, have all the power of appointment, all power of legislation, all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures, and are required to create (3) a judiciary to pass upon the justice and legality of their government acts and to recognize (4) certain inherent individual rights.
Take away any one or more of those four elements and you are drifting into autocracy. Add one or more to those four elements and you are drifting into democracy.
Atwood. Superior to all others, Autocracy declares the divine right of kings; its authority cannot be questioned; its powers are arbitrarily or unjustly administered. Democracy is the “direct” rule of the people and has been repeatedly tried without success. Our Constitutional fathers, familiar with the strength and weakness of both autocracy and democracy, with fixed principles definitely in mind, defined a representative republican form of government. They “made a very marked distinction between a republic and a democracy… and said repeatedly and emphatically that they had founded a republic.”

WHY DEMOCRACIES FAIL
A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess out of the public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship. Urgent & necessary solutions for true peace on earth
American citizens are very naive & miss-informed/brainwashed about their own government, which has abused & betrayed them for a century, and urgently needs to be overhauled in order to return true freedom to the Republic, along with each state’s and each individual's autonomy. This will mean getting rid of the Demonic Cabal's economic structure, establishing a spiritually oriented, scientifically grounded political/economic system, and a spiritually, as well as scientifically grounded public education system.
● The Executive Branch must stop acting like Alexander the Great Jerk Superpower. The U.S. government has interfered (overtly & covertly) in the lives of its own citizens, and the citizens of other countries for many years, and it must stop now; its covert activity is primarily responsible for worldwide terrorism, and its leaders are ignorant of karma, i.e., you reap what you sow. The majority of the hypocritical & compassionless public servants are miss-educated and metaphysically illiterate. The qualifications for public office must be revised to include an academic major in comparative religion & spiritual philosophy (Neo-Platonism/Theosophy) with minors in economics, law and politics.1 The qualifications for the State Department & Justice Department appointees must also be similarly revised, and a special non-partisan, primarily, but not exclusively, academic citizen's committee established to select the appointees.
● The Legislative Branch must be given access to all secret & above top secret documents, and informed of all past & present “Black” ("Need to Know") projects through disclosure hearings. The Legislative Branch must also do the following: 1) Review all Executive Orders and rescind those that are unconstitutional or fascist. 2) Review the Satellite Government2 and overhaul/oversee its operation. 3) Abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and restore the issuing power of money to Congress & the people. 4) Revise the fraudulent personal income tax to a flat rate 10% (no deductions-eliminate filing) that covers the Federal operating budget/health care/social security. 5) Overhaul the FDA so that it is free of corporate influence. 6) Ensure that alternative healing methods & food supplements are available. 7) Establish a 50% retail price reduction on pharmaceutical products. 8) Ensure that all illegal aliens are identified & given amnesty, and temporarily halt immigration. 9) Establish a public health care system of reasonable cost to every working citizen (costs to be shared equally by the employer), and fully subsidized care to those not working. 10) Cease all connection and collaboration with corporate lobbyists. 11) Ensure that all foreign military personnel return to the countries from which they came. 12) Ensure that all U.S. military bases overseas are abolished as soon as reasonably possible, and all soldiers, planes, ships, submarines, and equipment brought home. 13) Ensure that drug laws (cannabis, magic mushrooms, LSD) are overhauled, and so-called drug offenders released from prison and monetarily compensated for time in prison & loss of property. 14) Abolish the unpatriotic Patriot Act. 15) Ensure that comparative religion, spiritual philosophy, and science are established as the foundation of public education. 16) Ensure that all CIA & other intelligence operatives are brought home, and advise all other governments to do likewise. 17) Ensure that the CIA ceases its involvement in drug trafficking. 18) Revise the current political system that establishes the nominees for President & Vice-President, because the best or most qualified persons aren’t nominated, consequently, a special non-partisan citizens committee must be established to select the nominees, which may come from outside of current public service. 19) Establish a valid electoral process with a paper trail, and require all U.S. citizens [21 & older] to vote. 20) Ensure that the current news media is broken up into independent pieces, and that equal coverage be given to all political nominees & all parties. 21) Ensure that the CIA operatives embedded in the news media (& state governments) are withdrawn, and ensure that there is no future connection or government influence of the news media. 22) Ensure that all nuclear and chemical or biological weapons are destroyed as soon as possible, which other countries will comply with, because benevolent ETs will ensure compliance, and won’t allow any nation to launch a nuclear weapon against another nation.
● The Legislative Branch has the authority and is duty bound for all of the foregoing. The “throne of necessity” awaits their karmic “choice.”

Be on the Lookout for Governmentium
A major research institution has recently announced the discovery of the heaviest chemical element yet known to science. The new element has been tentatively named “governmentium.”
Governmentium has one neutron, 12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons and 11 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called “morons,” which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called “peons.”
Since governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected as it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact.
A minute amount of governmentium causes one reaction to take over 4 days to complete when it would normally take less than a second.
Governmentium has a normal half-life of four years; it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchanges places.
In fact, governmentium’s mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause some morons to become neutrons, forming “isodopes.”
This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to speculate that governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a certain quantity in concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as “critical morass.”

WHO IS JACK SCHITT?
For some time many of us have wondered just who is Jack Schitt? We find ourselves at a loss when someone says, 'You don't know Jack Schitt!' Well, thanks to my genealogy efforts, you can now respond in an intellectual way.
Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc. They had one son, Jack.
In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents' objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced. Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock.
Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they produced a son with a rather nervous disposition named Chicken Schitt. Two of the other six children, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt, were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony. The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens nuptials. The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, and Horse.
